- How to use intuitive eating practices to nourish your body with what it needs and move away from obsessive calorie and macro tracking.
- How to improve your current nutrition with easy swaps - learn how to view foods on a continuum based scale so you can navigate making better choices without demonizing food and causing food guilt.
- How to shift your mindset away from harmful diet practices that cause restriction, food guilt, and anxiety
