Make space for your art and soul to wander, relax, take a break. Tap into your own inner wisdom as you journey on a creative path to wellness , healing, and transformation on all levels: body , mind, and spirit . Explore, Dream, Discover as we journey together through the experience of ART, SOUND, and the Healing Arts. This series of classes is designed to blend the creation of ART with the healing vibrations of Sound, Reiki, guided meditation ,and breath . You will experience the creative and healing process through oracle cards, creation of art, group meditation , reiki and sound bath.
Jane Wheeler Artist and Sound Healer has been practicing her craft of ART for over 30 years including juried art shows, commissioned work, The Mosaic Benches of Bird Rock , Artist in Residence, Bird Rock Artist Guild and more. She is a mixed media artist familiar with the creative process and loves all kinds of materials, textures, tastes , colors, and media. Jane will guide you through an inspirational art experience exploring line and watercolors, perfect for all levels. No art experience necessary. This class is designed to bring out your inner artist. You will be making beautiful greeting cards to keep for yourself or pass on to others.
Jane has practiced yoga & meditation for over 27 years. She is Reiki Master certified, Deeksha certified, Yoga 200TT and plays the ancient sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and other eclectic instruments. The sound frequencies will help transport you to a meditative state where relaxation, creative expression, and healing can occur.
